The Crown has been comfortably furnished in-keeping with its 15th century character.
All fifteen bedrooms are en-suite, with colour television, radio/alarm clocks and tea/coffee making facilities. We have four rooms available, with four poster beds at the front of the building.
We have recently upgraded all our bed linen to satin edge, Egyptian cotton sheets. There are full size bath sheets in every room too.
Due to the age and layout of the building, we are unable to offer wheelchair users access to the bedrooms. We are, however, able to provide a ramp for those wishing to use the Bistrot.
The Crown has family rooms, with space for cots and fold away beds. We have high chairs, kids packs, toys and books to keep our younger customers entertained!
Well-behaved, house trained dogs are permitted by prior arrangement. You will be asked to bring separate bedding and not to leave your dog alone in the room at any time. We make a small charge of £5.00 per dog. Doggie Play Days are available at Wood Drove Boarding Kennels www.wooddrovekennelsandcattery.co.uk
There is free parking at the back of The Crown for our guests, on the proviso that keys are left at reception.

For a dinner, bed and breakfast rate, please add £25 per person to the room rate (available Sunday to Thursday night).
Cots and fold away beds, in our family rooms, are an additional £15.00 per child, per night (maximum of two per room).
