Wells Moat Walk: The Black Dog of Wells have compiled a fascinating circular walk around the cathedral and Bishop’s Palace moat, which takes about half an hour. During this you will see various unusual aspects of the city and also come right past their studios on Tor Street.

Five minutes from The Crown are walks across the Palace Fields, to the Palace Woods in one direction and Tor Woods in the other direction.
